Job Title: Machine Operator Support – Flexo Press
Location: Dublin, CA
Pay Range: $21-$23/hr DOE
Work Schedule: Day Shift,- M-F 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM

We are actively seeking a Machine Operator Support – Flexo Press to join a high-growth manufacturing environment. In this hands-on role, you will play a key part in keeping production running efficiently by preparing, maintaining, and supporting printing press operations. You will work closely with experienced team members to ensure materials, equipment, and setups meet quality and production standards. • Prepare and stage materials such as paper, inks, coatings, and tooling to support daily production runs
• Assist with machine setup by following guidance from lead operators and ensuring proper configuration
• Blend and adjust inks as needed to meet specific job requirements and color standards
• Install and position printing plates and related components accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of press equipment, including cylinders and ink systems
• Monitor workflow to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and meet quality expectations
• Support continuous production by keeping machines stocked and ready for operation

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
• Basic math skills and confidence using measurement tools such as rulers
• Comfort with basic computer tasks in a production environment
• Ability to communicate clearly in English
• Reliability, accountability, and a consistent work ethic
• Interest in learning industrial printing processes is highly valued
