STAFFING COORDINATOR Full-Time | Recruiting & Staffing Operations About the Role We are looking for a motivated Staffing Coordinator who thrives on connecting great people with great opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys staffing, builds strong relationships with both clients and candidates, and takes pride in the details that make placements successful. You will support the full recruiting cycle—from sourcing and screening to job fairs, social outreach, and ongoing candidate care—while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for open positions (primarily industrial, warehouse, and related roles) Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and client relationships Represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events Recruit actively through social media and online channels Maintain accurate records and activity in the CRM system Conduct effective phone screens and use strong vetting questions to assess fit Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates and clients, and support the placement process end-to-end Shift priorities quickly and manage multiple requisitions without sacrificing quality or speed Required Qualifications Experience & Technical Skills 1–2 years of experience in staffing or recruiting Existing client and/or candidate network preferred Experience recruiting at job fairs Proven ability to recruit via social media platforms Hands-on experience with CRM systems Strong knowledge of effective candidate vetting and screening questions Core Attributes & Work Style Natural interest in people and genuine desire to help others succeed Passion for staffing and the impact of good placements High attention to detail — accuracy matters in every submission and follow-up Ability to change priorities quickly in a fast-moving environment Strong multitasking skills across candidates, clients, and open roles Works quickly while maintaining high quality and professionalism What Success Looks Like Consistent, high-quality candidate submissions that clients trust A growing personal network of candidates and client contacts Clean, up-to-date CRM activity and clear communication Positive candidate experience from first contact through placement Reliability under changing priorities and high volume Ideal Candidate You are someone who lights up when talking to people, stays organized under pressure, and takes personal pride in matching the right person to the right opportunity.
