Manufacturing Engineer

The Manufacturing Engineer designs, develops, and optimizes manufacturing processes to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production of complex capital equipment and mechanical systems. This role serves as the technical bridge between Design Engineering and shop floor operations, ensuring products are manufacturable, scalable, and delivered on schedule.Through process innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement, this role drives operational efficiency, product reliability, and successful deployment of manufacturing technologies supporting high-complexity, low-volume equipment manufacturing environments. Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field2–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience within drilling equipment, heavy equipment manufacturing, construction equipment, earth-moving equipment, industrial machinery, or other capital equipment manufacturing environments.Proven experience developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical productsExperience supporting design-to-production transitions and manufacturability assessmentsWorking knowledge of ERP systems, including BOM structures, routings, and production data managementProficiency with CAD/CAM tools and Microsoft Office SuiteLean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher preferred) or equivalent experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, and leadershipAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentDemonstrated knowledge of fabrication, machining, welding, coating, assembly, and inspection processes associated with complex engineered
