A private, dentist-owned practice in Hot Springs is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist ready to step into a leadership role with a clear path to running the office. You’ll walk into an established patient base, strong systems, and a role designed for long-term growth.

What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry
- Perform surgical extractions and core procedures independently

Compensation & Growth
- $250K to $300K+ earning potential based on production
- Production-based model with strong upside

What We’re Looking For
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program
- Active Arkansas license or ability to obtain
- 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Comfortable working independently in a private practice setting
