About the POSITION

We are seeking a Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist who is comfortable treating a full pediatric patient population for an established children's dental practice in Hot Springs, Arkansas .

This is an excellent opportunity to step into an existing practice with an established patient base and a team focused specifically on creating a positive dental experience for children.

The Practice

• Established, child-focused dental office serving infants, children, adolescents, and families in the Hot Springs community
• Strong emphasis on providing a welcoming, comfortable environment for children, including patients who may have dental anxiety
• Broad pediatric service offering, including preventive care, restorations, extractions, pulpotomies, emergency dentistry, digital X-rays, mouthguards, space maintainers/retainers, and sedation dentistry
• Accepts a broad mix of commercial insurance plans as well as ARKids 1st and Medicaid, helping support a diverse and established patient population
• Opportunity to take over for the current dentist, who is relocating , rather than having to build a patient base from scratch
• 4-day workweek
• Days and hours are negotiable , providing flexibility in building your schedule

About the COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The compensation model is designed so that providers have income security while ramping up, with significant upside as collections grow .

Providers receive the greater of their daily guarantee or their percentage-of-collections compensation during the initial guarantee period. Dental provider guarantees are generally offered for approximately 3–6 months , depending on the individual situation.

Initial Daily Guarantee

• Pediatric Dentist: $1,500–$1,800 per workday

The goal is for providers to ultimately exceed the daily guarantee through the collections-based compensation model , allowing earnings to grow with the success of the practice.
