Senior Contract Management Specialist

Position Overview Senior Contract Management Specialist – National Programs Contracts team, El Segundo, CA. Responsible for development, negotiation and management of government proposals, sales contracts, and the contract support of satellite program development, construction and delivery. Position Responsibilities Exercise signature authority, oversee and participate strategically in negotiating and contracting for the sale and support of space and ground system products, services, and technologies. Lead presentation and development of complex business solutions to preserve and expand the business. Represent the company in external negotiations with a diverse set of customers. Oversee and perform on teams preparing, negotiating, executing, interpreting and administering legally binding contractual agreements of a highly complex nature. Ensure strategic alignment and partnership with other internal functional disciplines. Summarize complex contractual issues and lead development of creative solutions and coordination of contractual risk mitigation. Basic Qualifications (Required) Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance. Bachelor’s Degree or higher. 5+ years of experience in business‑related functions (Program Management, Project Management, Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement, Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales). Preferred Qualifications (Desired) Active U.S. Top Secret/SCI security clearance. 5+ years of experience drafting, proposing, negotiating and executing contracts and subcontracts. 5+ years of experience building, developing and maintaining relationships with customers and/or suppliers. Additional Requirements Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process. Position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance and U.S. Citizenship. The role is not contingent on a program award and does not require shift work beyond standard U.S. business hours. Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
