Role Overview The Senior Business Analyst plays a critical role in optimizing People & Culture processes by translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements. This role leads stakeholder engagement activities, including workshops and interviews, to gather and prioritize requirements, and develops key project artifacts such as business requirements documents and process maps. What You Will Do Conduct detailed business analysis to define requirements for validated & prioritized enhancement requests, identify and document business processes, and develop key project artifacts such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), process maps, and regional playbooks.
