Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products, load/unload trucks, and maintain an organized warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility
• Load and unload trucks, pallets, crates, and containers
• Stack and organize products in warehouse locations
• Inspect and maintain equipment, reporting any issues immediately
• Follow all company safety procedures and protocols
• Assist with inventory checks and cycle counts
• Keep work areas clean and free of hazards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Proven experience as a forklift operator (minimum 3 years preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Basic math and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
