Our client is a global expert of highly specialized products for high-voltage electrical industry and is seeking a

Production Supervisor to work a newly created 4th shift. This is weekend night shift Friday – Sunday 5:00pm – 5:30am

Job Summary:

The Production Supervisor – 4th Shift is responsible for overseeing weekend night shift operations to ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.

Schedule

Friday – Sunday | 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM

Requires availability to train on day shift prior to transition.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise production operations and ensure goals for output, quality, and safety are achieved
2. Lead, coach, and develop employees to improve performance and accountability
3. Delegate tasks and manage staffing to ensure adequate coverage
4. Monitor KPIs and resolve production issues in real time
5. Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
6. Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams
7. Enforce attendance, discipline, and workplace standards
8. Prepare reports and maintain accurate production records
9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
2. 3–5 years of manufacturing experience
3. Supervisory experience required
4. Strong leadership and communication skills
5. Ability to work weekend night shift and extended hours

Compensation

$75,000 – $80,000 depending on experience
