Pharmacist (Shift Differential)
\n \nPrimary Location : Greensburg, PA
\n \n \nV-Soft Consulting is currently hiring a Pharmacist (Shift Differential) for our premier client Greensburg, PA.
\n \n \n \n \nEducation and Experience:
\n \n- \n
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree required. \n
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »
\n \n- \n
- Provide services to patients, such as smoking cessation, blood pressure measurement and cholesterol management. Educate patients on proper handling of medical devices such as blood pressure monitor and glucose meters. \n
- Provide consultation on prescription and non-prescription medications for storage, dosage, side effects, and drug interactions. Compound medications for external or internal use. \n
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
\nJob Responsibilities:
\n \n- \n
- Maintain appropriate inventory on pharmaceutical and medical supplies. Identify patients drug-related problems and effectively communicate with physicians and other healthcare practitioners. \n
- Accept and dispense prescription medications. Monitor patient medication compliance and over-usage patterns. \n
