• Start Date: Flexible
• End Date/Duration: Permanent
• Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Hours/Week: 40 hours
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• License/Certs: Doctor of Optometry (OD) license required; CA license preferred but will consider candidates willing to obtain their CA license
• Experience: New graduates or experienced optometrists encouraged to apply

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and diagnose visual and ocular conditions
• Prescribe medications and implement therapeutic procedures
• Provide expert guidance on eyewear and contact lens fittings
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
• Stay current with advances in optometry and industry best practices
• Educate patients about eye health and preventive care

What You Need

Required:

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
• Willingness to obtain California State Optometry License (if not already licensed)
• BC or BE within 3 years of residency is acceptable

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a clinical setting
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
