Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home health experience
• PT license in state of AR
• CPR certification
• Bachelor's Degree

Assignment Details

• Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Days: Monday through Friday
• Coverage area includes a 50-mile radius surrounding Batesville
• Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
• Responsibilities include PT evaluations, reassessments, and start of care visits for home health patients
• May also include treatment visits

Location Highlights

Batesville sits in north-central Arkansas along the White River and offers access to outdoor recreation and a walkable downtown setting. Riverside Park and the Batesville Community Center are both located in town, while the Ozark-St. Francis National Forests are within regional driving distance for hiking and camping.
