Maintenance Technician

Full-Time | $20-$24/hr DOE | 40+ hrs/week

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to keep our facility running at its best. In this hands-on role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance across a variety of systems and equipment, respond quickly to repair requests, and help create a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for everyone on site. This position requires a proactive problem-solver who can work both independently and as part of a team. Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Screening.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on facility equipment and systems to maximize uptime and operational efficiency.
Diagnose and repair logic controllers and other mechanical or electrical systems.
Complete painting, patching, and general cosmetic repairs to maintain appearance standards.
Fabricate or source parts and components required for repairs and facility improvements.
Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address issues before they escalate.
Respond promptly to maintenance work orders and requests from management.
Collaborate effectively with team members and follow direction from supervisors.

Qualifications

Required:

Demonstrated experience in facilities maintenance or a closely related trade.
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair diverse systems.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong customer service orientation with professional, courteous interactions with all staff.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take direction from leadership.

Preferred:

Experience in residential painting, construction, or carpentry.
Familiarity with leadership responsibilities such as coordinating tasks with other team members.
