Analyst

As part of the Capital Markets Fund Management team, the Analyst / Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the successful and timely execution of financing for the company. Key Responsibilities Lead loan draws and letters of credit and surety bond issuances, support processes around due diligence, and supporting negotiation of transaction documentation. Overcome issues and help drive execution to achieve financial close. Build and maintain deep relationships across the company and externally (Independent Engineers, Lenders, and Tax Equity Investors). Collaborate closely with functional teams across the company, including Development, Procurement, Construction, Asset Management, Finance and Legal. Contribute to the continuous improvement of company processes. Be part of our open and positive culture. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in finance, law or related field Candidates with previous experience working at a legal firm, sponsor, investor/lender, or advisor in power/infrastructure/real estate will be an advantage. Good knowledge of loan documentation preferred. Ownership mentality; comfort with speaking up and taking the initiative. Self-motivated to do high-quality work. Avid learner Collegial Location: San Francisco Bay Area, San Diego, CA, or Denver, CO. Hybrid. Base Pay - $80,000 - $130,000 The pay range mentioned above is a guideline. We tailor each offer based on your unique skills, experience, location, and market benchmarks—while ensuring internal parity across our teams. The compensation range provided reflects base pay.
