JOB DESCRIPTION

The Student Life Student Assistant serves as a key front-facing team member within the Student Life office, supporting both daily operations and programmatic efforts. This role is responsible for providing high-quality customer service to students, staff, and campus partners while ensuring the office runs efficiently and remains welcoming and organized. Student Assistants manage front desk operations by greeting visitors, responding to phone calls, and assisting with general inquiries. They oversee the check-out and return of equipment and supplies, maintaining accurate records and ensuring items are cleaned, organized, and ready for future use
