Compensation

• $65,000 – $75,000 base salary (based on experience)
• Performance-based bonus tied to store results
• Top performers expected to earn $90K–$100K+, with additional upside based on performance

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands-on leadership role.

You will:

• Support multiple store locations
• Step in on the floor to help close deals when needed
• Work alongside sales teams to improve performance
• Help drive consistency across stores
• Support team development and execution
