Interim Business Operations Coordinator/ PMO
Location: San Francisco, CA
Work Schedule: 9am-5pm M-F
Work Model: Hybrid, 2 days onsite, 3 wfh
Duration: Approximately 1 month
Pay Rate: $55–$60/hour
Start: Immediate
We are seeking an experienced Business Operations / PMO professional for a short-term assignment supporting a growing organization in San Francisco. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running, bring structure to ongoing initiatives, and drive projects and priorities through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and track key priorities, projects, meetings, and deliverables
- Organize operational processes, documentation, and reporting
- Monitor deadlines, action items, and project progress
- Proactively identify gaps, bottlenecks, and overdue items and drive them toward resolution
- Provide hands-on operational and project management support to leadership
- Assist with ad hoc business operations needs as they arise
- Previous experience in Business Operations, PMO, Project Management, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Highly proactive and execution-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Ability to quickly understand processes, identify gaps, and implement solutions
This is a short-term, approximately 1-month opportunity with an immediate start. The ideal candidate will be someone who can step in quickly, create structure, and make an immediate impact.
