Store Manager

Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to reach sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service Oversee all store operations, including staffing, merchandising, inventory control, and financial performance Develop and implement plans to drive sales and enhance the customer experience Conduct regular meetings to communicate expectations, review performance, and promote a positive work environment with the store team Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety guidelines Manage the recruitment, training, and retention of team members Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth Foster relationships within the local community to enhance the store's presence Job Type Full-time Compensation $55,000 to $65,000 annually based on relevant experience Schedule Ability and willingness to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Managers are required to share responsibility for opening, closing, and weekend coverage and are not eligible for a fixed day-only schedule As an Exempt employee, the expectation is to work the hours necessary to fulfill the above listed job responsibilities, generally averaging at least 40 hours per week, with scheduled shifts typically being 8 hours in length Qualifications Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service High School diploma required 3 to 5 years of experience in a retail sales setting 2 to 3 years in a supervisory or leadership position Excellent interpersonal skills Basic interviewing skills and advanced knowledge of staffing practices Proven track record of high sales performance in retail Fundamental math skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Health savings account Employee discount Weekly pay Paid time off Parental leave #J-18808-Ljbffr Marolina Outdoor, Inc.
