What You Will Work On Drive the day‑to‑day operational rhythm of the store, ensuring all processes support a seamless customer experience. Lead logistics, merchandising, and receiving operations with a sharp focus on inventory flow, accuracy, safety, and execution excellence. Analyze operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that elevate productivity and efficiency. Balance workforce planning, scheduling, training, and payroll while holding teams accountable to established standards. Influence store performance, profitability, and the overall experience for both customers and team members. Translate corporate strategy into consistent in‑store results. Who You Will Work With You will partner closely with the Store Director and fellow store leaders to align operational priorities with business goals, coach and support Team Leads and Team Members across Logistics, Merchandising, and Receiving, and collaborate with district and regional partners during audits and operational reviews. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred). Minimum of 3 years of relevant leadership or management experience. Demonstrated success leading departments of up to 40 people while driving operational excellence and achieving sales targets. Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop people. Solid business acumen and the ability to interpret operational and financial data. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Experience with inventory systems, order processing, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office. Sound judgment and decision‑making skills in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to complete required certifications, including Firearms Sales and Power Industrial Truck. Comfortably manage and audit firearm sales, ensuring all transactions meet federal and state requirements through accurate ATF Form4473 completion and background checks. Work Style and Physical Requirements Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full‑time position averaging 45‑50 hours during peak times. Ability to remain on your feet and move throughout the store for extended periods, perform tasks such as walking, bending, reaching, pulling, carrying, and lifting items up to 50lb, and complete repetitive tasks including scanning, stocking, and folding merchandise. Comfortable using ladders or step stools as needed. Thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment while adapting to shifting priorities.
