Early Childhood Physical Therapist Center Based Position

Thrive By 5 is a pediatric therapy agency providing services to children birth- 5 years old. We are seeking a full or p art time Physical Therapist to provide early intervention services in our Developmental Toddler Group located in N. Syracuse, NY . This is a full time position, but part time can be considered.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

The essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Work 1:1 with developmentally delayed children in our center-based toddler group. Toddler group is held M-F from 8:45 am to 2:30 pm.
• Collaborate with other service providers to support IFSP goals and objectives.
• Complete session notes and progress reports as required.
• Home/community bases visits optional.

Qualifications:

• M.A. or M.S. degree in Physical Therapy
• NYS License in Physical Therapy required.
• Must demonstrate excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to collaborate with the clinical team and all related service providers on a caseload
