IT Business Analyst (AI Focus)

Salary: $89,000 - 129,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree or higher, ideally in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• We are looking for 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, digital transformation, IT business support, or product-related role.
• Experience with AI, BI, or digitalization initiatives is preferred.
• Background in marketing, sales, or related business functions is preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects is preferred.
• Experience in a multinational company is preferred.
• We are seeking someone who can quickly understand business processes and pain points and translate them into AI application requirements.
• Strong communication and coordination skills are required, along with the ability to work across business teams, IT, headquarters, and vendors.
• We value the ability to drive AI projects through implementation and adoption.
• A strong learning mindset and sensitivity to emerging technologies are important.
• Mandarin is required.
• Copilot experience is required.
• We require 3 years of business analyst experience in digital transformation.
• The role is based in Mississauga, and we require candidates who can reliably commute or relocate before starting work.

• We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to support the rollout of AI capabilities across marketing, sales, and related business areas.
• We will rely on you to understand business processes, identify pain points, and assess which scenarios are suitable for AI optimization.
• You will gather requirements from business teams and translate operational challenges into AI application needs.
• You will help design AI-based business solutions using LLMs, Agents, BI, and other tools.
• You will coordinate with headquarters AI teams, IT teams, and external vendors to support implementation.
• You will help integrate AI tools with existing systems such as SF/CRM, SAP, TMS, OMS, BI, and Office.
• You will support the development of AI application workflows, business rules, and usage guidance.
• You will track project progress and business results.
• You will encourage business teams to use AI tools in their day-to-day work.
• You will gather user feedback and support continuous improvement of AI solutions.
• You will organize training sessions, knowledge sharing, and best-practice adoption activities.
• You will support the rollout of successful AI use cases across the region.
• You will help build a regional AI use case library and knowledge base.
• You will evaluate the value of AI projects, including gains in efficiency, cost, and quality.
• You will monitor ROI and actual usage of AI applications.
• You will analyze the impact of AI on efficiency, expenses, and management improvement.
• You will prepare promotion reports and management analysis on AI applications.
• You will coordinate AI platforms, models, accounts, and related resources from headquarters.
• You will manage access permissions and usage standards for AI tools.
• You will monitor industry AI trends and identify business opportunities.
• You will support communication and resource coordination between headquarters and the region.
