Sr. Business Systems Analyst - Salesforce & Marketo

Salary: $99,100 - 132,100 per year Requirements:

• Familiarity with customer data platforms, segmentation, and personalization strategies is preferred.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and data quality frameworks is preferred.
• Exposure to AI-driven marketing and CRM capabilities, such as Einstein, predictive analytics, and automation, is preferred.
• Experience in Agile at scale and enterprise delivery models is preferred.
• Experience in regulated or highly governed environments is preferred.

• We partner with business leaders, marketing teams, and IT to shape strategy, priorities, and solution direction.
• We facilitate complex requirements workshops, stakeholder alignment sessions, and solution discussions.
• We translate business goals into detailed functional and technical requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• We establish and maintain requirements governance, traceability, and documentation standards.
• We drive process analysis and optimization across CRM and marketing workflows, including lead management, case management, campaign execution, and customer journeys.
• We influence solution design by working closely with architects and development teams.
• We perform advanced impact analysis, data analysis, and solution evaluation to support decisions.
• We lead UAT strategy, planning, and execution to confirm solutions meet business objectives.
• We identify opportunities for automation, AI enablement, and improved customer experience across platforms.
• We ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data governance, security, and compliance requirements.
• We mentor junior analysts and promote best practices across the BA community.
• We support cross-platform integration initiatives across CRM, Marketing Cloud, Marketo, and enterprise data systems.
