If you are looking for a supportive workplace where your clinical expertise is valued, your professional growth is encouraged, and you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families, we would love to hear from you.As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing individualized ABA treatment programs, analyzing clinical data, supervising behavior technicians, providing caregiver training, and collaborating with families and other professionals to help clients reach meaningful goals.What You'll DoConduct functional behavior assessments and other clinical assessments.Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.Review and analyze behavioral data to measure client progress.Make data-driven modifications to treatment programs.Provide clinical supervision and ongoing support to RBTs and other ABA staff.Train and mentor direct-care team members.Provide caregiver training and support.Collaborate with families, schools, and other healthcare professionals.Complete progress reports, treatment notes, assessments, and other required documentation.Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards, payer requirements, and applicable regulations.Participate in clinical meetings, case reviews, and professional development.What We're Looking ForMaster's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.Current BCBA certification through the BACB.State licensure or eligibility for licensure, if required.Experience providing ABA services preferred.Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.Strong communication, leadership, organization, and clinical decision-making skills.Ability to work effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams.Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based care.What We OfferFlexible schedulingFull-time and/or part-time opportunitiesPaid supervision and professional development opportunitiesContinuing education supportClinical and administrative supportOpportunities for advancement and leadershipSupportive and collaborative work environmentWhy Join Our Team?We believe great clinical care starts with great clinicians.
