If you enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting challenges, and working in a clean, organized manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoAs an Electrical/Electronics Associate, you'll play a critical role in assembling, wiring, testing, and inspecting electrical products that meet customer specifications and industry standards.Assemble and wire electrical components, control cabinets, and finished products using schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and customer specificationsInterpret technical drawings, panel layouts, and wiring documentation to ensure accurate assemblyInstall, mount, and connect electrical and mechanical components for a variety of industrial applicationsPerform inspections and functional testing to verify quality, performance, and complianceTroubleshoot wiring and assembly issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actionsMaintain accurate documentation of testing, inspections, and production activitiesEnsure adherence to IPC standards and established quality requirementsSupport continuous improvement initiatives and help enhance work instructions and processesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following Lean Manufacturing and 5S principlesUtilize email, spreadsheets, and data entry systems to support daily operations and documentationWhat We're Looking ForExperience reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical drawingsHands-on experience assembling and wiring electrical products or systemsStrong understanding of electrical components and industrial electrical applicationsMechanical aptitude and experience with mechanical assemblyProficiency using hand tools and power tools safely and effectivelyStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityBasic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and data entry systemsAbility to follow standardized work instructions and maintain dependable attendancePreferred QualificationsExperience building industrial control panels or control cabinetsFamiliarity with IPC standards and electrical assembly best practicesExperience in a Lean Manufacturing environmentKnowledge of 5S workplace organization principlesPrevious experience participating in continuous improvement initiativesWhy Join Us?Work with advanced electrical assemblies, industrial control systems, and a team of professionals committed to excellence.Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Collins, CO.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
