Responsibilities include assisting with digital communications, video production, website and social media presence, event planning and execution, clerical tasks, and survey creation and distribution. Assist with digital communications, video production, website and social media presence. Support event planning and execution and perform clerical tasks. Create and distribute surveys as needed. Minimum Qualifications Must be a current University of La Verne student with Federal Work Study eligibility for the 2023-2024 academic year. Experience in a professional, customer-focused environment. Experience with video editing, videography, and/or photography, and/or graphic/web design, especially within the context of social media. Interest in all aspects of communications with an aptitude for video editing and production. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365, Google Apps, and similar cloud-based platforms; comfortable using and learning a range of software and hardware tools. Strong relational and organizational skills; ability to manage own assignments and work independently with limited supervision. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Adobe CC or Final Cut, metadata tagging, and/or database management. Ability to facilitate work within both Windows and OS X environments. Work Schedule This position will work on campus.
