Honors Program Student Assistant (23/24) – FWS Overview The Honors student worker is a position that is mainly designed to provide peer-mentoring for honors students and serve in an administrative support capacity for the honors program. Responsibilities Provide peer-mentoring for honors students. Serve in an administrative support capacity for the honors program. Minimum Qualifications Current University of La Verne student with Federal Work Study eligibility for the 2023/2024 academic year. Current member of the Honors Program (in good standing). Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), collaborative programs (Dropbox or GoogleDocs), and Zoom and/or WebEx. Work Schedule This position works approximately 3-10 hours per week, based upon the student’s Federal Work Study award.
