The OpportunityAs a Senior Software Engineer on the Salesforce Platform team, you will take ownership of complex, high-impact Salesforce initiatives that support Ford Energy's customer relationship management, partner enablement, service operations, and energy program management functions in a B2B environment. You'll act as a technical leader and architect within the team — setting engineering standards, guiding design decisions, and mentoring other engineers — while remaining hands-on in building scalable, high-performing solutions.
