As a BDC Representative at Fette Ford Kia Infiniti, you will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out to our dealership. Your role is vital in providing exceptional customer service by managing inbound and outbound communications, scheduling appointments, and following up on leads to drive sales and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for sales and service departments.
• Manage and update the customer database to ensure accurate records.
• Follow up with prospective customers to generate sales opportunities.
