Operations Manager

Job Overview Operations Manager for fitness and wellness. Key Responsibilities Manage fitness programs, staffing and facility operations. Develop and manage budgets. Interact effectively with the public, volunteers and committees. Promote a positive environment for women and their families. Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in fitness programs, staffing and facility management. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Prior experience with fitness management software (highly preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
