Personal Injury Case Manager

• Monthly Compensation Range: From 1,220 to 1,320 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth case management
- Provide general guidance to clients regarding next steps in their cases
- Monitor case timelines and ensure timely follow-ups
- Support both pre-litigation and litigation processes
- Assist in identifying health insurance coverage details
- Maintain regular communication with insurance adjusters
- Follow up with clients regarding treatment progress and case updates
- Request medical records, bills, and police reports
- Answer phone calls and communicate with clients effectively
- Draft legal documents and case-related correspondence
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience working as a case manager
• Experience with US personal injury law is a MUST
• A bachelor's degree in Law is REQUIRED• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Strong legal knowledge in personal injury processes• High level of attention to detail• Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills• Proactive and self-motivated work style• Strong organizational and time management skills• Ability to follow up consistently and ensure case progression• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and processes• Strong work ethic and commitment to case completion• Ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships
• Location and timezone: Remote, Eastern Standard Time (EST)• Working Hours: Monday to Friday • Expected call volume: Moderate (6-15 calls per day)• Software and Tools Required:- CRM: FileVine (REQUIRED)
