Sr Business Analyst

Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to support one of our largest tech clients in the Bay Area. This person is responsible for the daily execution and stability of the automated data ecosystem supporting AI/ML infrastructure and datacenter readiness. This role runs DoD/WoW/MoM syncs, investigates data anomalies, and ensures data fidelity for executivefacing dashboards and reporting surfaces.

Key responsibilities
- Data pipeline & ecosystem operations
- Run daily/weekly/monthly syncs: Execute DoD, WoW, and MoM data syncs to keep the master ledger and telemetry sources aligned.
- Dynamic ingestion validation: Ensure scripts correctly locate table headers and adapt to upstream UI/schema changes to prevent data fractures.
- Telemetry crosschecks: Perform data fidelity audits across 24 readiness workstreams (Infra, Networking, Hardware Landing, Power, etc.) before data is surfaced to executives.

This role can pay $80-$85/hour depending on years of experience and skillset.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years experience as a Business Analyst, Data Operations Analyst, or similar role supporting complex technical ecosystems.
- Advanced Google Sheets experiencing such as use of QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, LAMBDA, and complex formulas for readiness matrices and capacity views.
- Google Suite experience
- Proficient in Apps Script (JavaScript/ES6)
- Practical experience working with GET/POST/PATCH endpoints and JSON payloads in operational workflows
- Ability to use Jira, Asana for tracking bugs, data issues, and operational blockers.
- Heavy experience with BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks SQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, datacenter terminology, highdensity compute deployment lifecycles, and capacity planning principles
- ProCore, P6/Primavera, SAP, Oracle experience or exposure to construction, scheduling, or enterprise resource systems used in largescale datacenter or infrastructure programs
