Role Overview


The Physician serves as a healthcare professional responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a variety of health conditions. This role focuses on outpatient care, ensuring continuity of care, preventive health, and disease management.


The position involves handling moderately complex to complex clinical situations, requiring independent judgment and in-depth analysis. The Physician operates with minimal supervision and contributes to departmental strategy while ensuring high-quality patient care.


Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient medical care
• Maintain accurate medical histories and patient records
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
• Focus on preventive care, health maintenance, and disease prevention
• Ensure continuity of care for assigned patients
• Refer patients to specialists when appropriate
• Make independent clinical decisions on moderately complex to complex cases
• Contribute to improving patient experience and care delivery processes

Required Qualifications

• Education:
  
  
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution
  • Bachelor's degree
• Experience:
  
  
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical experience
• Licensure:
  
  
  • ctive and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialization in Internal Medicine
• Board Certification in:
  • Family Medicine
  • Internal Medicine
  • Geriatric Medicine

Additional Requirements

• Must complete Tuberculosis (TB) screening as part of client/Senior Bridge compliance
