$5,000 Sign on Bonus for Full-time

NORTH CAMPUS REHABILIATION AND NURSING CENTER - Located in Leesburg, FL, we are a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility that is dedicated to helping our residents maximize their potential and live their lives to the fullest. We offer a modern, comfortable, and secure facility staffed by caring professionals where individuals receive the finest sub-acute medical care, rehabilitation services, and 24-hour skilled nursing care. We are committed to maintaining a facility where compassionate care is provided in an environment of respect, dignity. Responsibilities

Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs

• Reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery

• Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques

• Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needs

• Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions

• Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally

• Promote clients’ healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination

• Consult and practice with other health professionals

• Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress

• Document patient care services

• Skills

  Proven work experience as a physical therapist

• Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities

• Current knowledge of treatment practices

• Drive to continually learn and grow

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Valid license to practice physical therapy
