Production SupervisorThe ideal candidate comes from an FMCG, food manufacturing, or packaging environment and has at least 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience managing production teams. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Continuous Improvement, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Autonomous Maintenance (AM), and Progressive Maintenance (PM). Experience leading teams of 15+ employees, particularly in a union environment, is highly preferred. The candidate should be a strong floor-level leader who can balance safety, quality, cost, delivery, productivity, equipment reliability, and team morale while driving measurable improvements.Primary Schedule: Friday – Sunday: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM 12-hour shiftsMonday – Friday production coverage across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, with flexibility to work weekends as operational needs require. Schedule flexibility is required.The Production Supervisor will lead production operations and frontline teams while ensuring that safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery, sustainability, and employee morale targets are achieved. This role requires a hands-on leader who understands manufacturing equipment, production losses, maintenance fundamentals, and continuous improvement. The Production Supervisor will identify losses, lead Root Cause Analysis, reduce downtime and breakdowns, support autonomous and progressive maintenance standards, and ensure resources are properly allocated throughout the shift. The position will also play a key role in shutdown maintenance, loss analysis, breakdown elimination, new product development, and continuous improvement initiatives.A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career.
