American Roofing & Waterproofing is a proudly family-owned and operated company seeking a highly motivated, positive, and experienced sales professional to drive growth within the California multi-family and commercial roofing market.

This is not an entry-level sales role. This position is for a seasoned professional who understands the local market, knows how to build lasting client relationships, and is comfortable representing the company face-to-face with top property managers, asset managers, and commercial clients.

In an industry where many companies are being bought out and becoming corporate and impersonal, we remain family-owned—meaning leadership is accessible, decisions are local, and relationships matter.

• $45,000 base salary (DOE)

• 7+ years of roofing or construction industry experience

• Strong experience in Phoenix multi-family & commercial markets

• Existing client base or strong local relationships highly preferred

• Proven ability to generate, develop, and close business

• Comfortable leading high-level client conversations

• Drive new commercial and multi-family business development

• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, HOAs, asset managers, and commercial owners

• Self-generate opportunities through networking and outreach

• Represent ARW professionally in the market

• Track leads and activity using CRM systems (AccuLynx preferred)

• Collaborate with estimating and production teams to ensure successful project execution

• Consistently meet and exceed revenue goals

• Highly motivated and growth-driven

• Extremely positive and professional in client-facing settings

• Strong communicator and relationship builder

• Self-starter who does not need micromanagement

• Strategic thinker who understands long-term account development
