Human Resources Specialist

Job Title

Under the direction of an assigned administrator, perform a variety of specialized technical and operational functions in support of Madera Superintendent of Schools (MCSOS) human resources programs; serve as a technical resource and interpret policies, procedures, and regulations to administrators, staff, and the public related to assigned functions; maintain confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school or the equivalent supplemented by college-level coursework in public administration, business administration, industrial and organizational psychology, or a related field and four years of increasingly responsible human resources, risk management, or related experience. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Possession of a valid California Class C driver's license. Incumbents must be insurable by the liability carrier for the Madera County Superintendent of Schools.
