At the SYNERGY HomeCare of Tampa Bay team in Land O´Lakes we are currently seeking dependable and compassionate Bilingual Caregivers, HHAs, or CNAs (including newly certified professionals) to provide quality in-home care services to clients in Land O' Lakes, FL, Florida.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 months of experience (does not require to be certified)

• CPR certification (up to date)

• Level 2 Background screening for the AHCA roster (up to date)

• Valid driver's license 

• Fluent Spanish and English

• Flexible availability 

• Able to run errands and Transport patients 

• Hoyer lift and Gait belt experience (preferred)

• HHA certification or CNA (can be newly certified or without certification - Preferred - No required)

• Must be compassionate, reliable, and have a strong work ethic

Responsibilities:

• Follow care plans and communicate any client changes

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, etc.)

• Light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Assist with mobility and transfers 

• Availability to run errands and transport clients to appointments

Work Location : In-person, client homes in Land O' Lakes, FL, Florida
