Bandsaw Cleaner: Rockford, Illinois

Our customer in Rockford, Illinois is looking for a hardworking, detailoriented individual to join their team as a Bandsaw Cleaner to work fulltime on 1st shift. In this role, you will support production operations by deburring, grinding, and cleaning steel parts while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities of the Bandsaw Cleaner:

• Deburr and grind steel parts to remove excess material and sharp edges.
• Clean and prepare parts to meet quality and production standards.
• Use basic hand tools and grinding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Measure parts using a tape measure to verify dimensions as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions at all times.
• Assist with additional production or cleanup tasks as assigned.

Bandsaw Cleaner Requirements and Qualifications:

• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. as required.
• Steeltoed boots required.
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Pay for Bandsaw Cleaner: $15.00/hour.
