REQUIREMENTS
- Active RN license
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification
- PALS (or ENPC) certification
- De-escalation training

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide age-specific, direct patient care utilizing the Nursing Process.
- Deliver nursing care within the framework of Department of Nursing Standards of Patient Care and Specialty Specific Standards of Patient Care.
- Assume leadership responsibilities, including delegation of work to other staff.
- Ensure compliance with applicable State and Federal laws, regulations, and policies governing health care provision.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES
- ACLS, BLS, PALS (or ENPC), and de-escalation training must be active prior to contract start date or booked at time of Clinical Orientation.
