Registered Nurse (RN) - L&D

Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:

• 2+ years recent high volume Labor Delivery experience
• RN license (verification must be less than 30 days old)
• Active American Heart Association ACLS certification
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification
• Active Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification
• Active NIH Stroke Scale/Score (NIHSS) certification
• Must be willing to obtain EFM Certification within 48 hours if offered
• Must be willing to obtain NIHSS Certification within 48 hours if offered
• COVID vaccination record (declinations not accepted)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care for patients.
• Utilize specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills to assess data relevant to the physical and developmental age of patients.
• Provide nursing services in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards.
• Accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others under their direction.

Compliance / Notes:

• Candidates with scheduling restrictions will not be accepted. Must be willing to work the facility's schedule.
• Local candidates accepted.
