Restaurant Manager-Michelin

We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager to help lead a Michelin-starred French restaurant renowned for exceptional cuisine, impeccable service, and a culture of excellence. What You'll Do Lead day-to-day front-of-house operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and exceptional guest experiences. Maintain Michelin-level service standards and operational excellence. Drive guest satisfaction while creating memorable dining experiences. Partner with the culinary and management teams to ensure seamless execution. Coach, mentor, train, and develop a high-performing team. Implement systems, uphold standards, and foster a strong culture of accountability. Lead by example with a hands‑on approach and positive attitude. Effectively communicate goals, expectations, and operational priorities. Solve problems proactively while maintaining a calm, professional presence. Qualifications Michelin restaurant experience is required. Fine French cuisine experience is required. French-speaking ability is a strong plus. Excellent wine knowledge. Minimum of 3 years of management experience in fine dining. Experience managing restaurants with $4M+ in annual sales. Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ownership mentality with a passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences. High-energy, hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
