Provide therapeutic and behavioral support for children and families to promote success in the Club, school, home, and community. Integrating a social and emotional lens into their work. Social Workers/Mental Health Professionals provide impactful individual counseling and facilitate psycho-educational groups, case management, consultation, crisis intervention, grief support and offer community resources to family's when needed. Work collaboratively with Club employees, public school district employees and other public entities who support the child and connects the family to all appropriate care Qualifications: Strong ability to mentor and inspire youth. Ability to work collaboratively with staff. Commitment to promoting safety, quality, and a positive environment within the Club. Position Requirements: Graduate Master degree or equivalent required. Must be 21 years of age or older. 1-2 years of relevant work experience Pass pre-employment background screening and drug test The job requires the ability to stand for extended periods, be outdoors, kneel, reach, bend, and lift objects weighing in excess of 10 lbs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
