Key Responsibilities - Full-Charge Bookkeeper Manage full-cycle bookkeeping and daily accounting operations Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Prepare and post journal entries Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations Complete month-end close activities and financial reporting support Process sales and use tax filings and related compliance tasks Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation Utilize QuickBooks Online and other business systems to support accounting processes Partner with operational leadership to provide financial information and support Identify opportunities to improve processes and maintain strong internal controls Qualifications - Full-Charge Bookkeeper 4+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or related financial experience Strong Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience required Experience with full-cycle bookkeeping and general accounting functions Background preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities Proficiency with accounting software, preferably QuickBooks Online Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly Highly detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision Strong communication and problem-solving skills Manufacturing or industrial experience is preferred but not required Comfortable working in a manufacturing/shop environment with occasional noise, warmer temperatures, and a blue-collar workforce Why Consider This Opportunity?
