LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Portal Billing Specialist for a contract engagement to manage invoice submission, tracking, and resolution through customer billing portals within a high-volume accounts receivable environment. This role will support a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Submit and manage invoices through customer billing portals
• Monitor invoice status, identify rejections, and drive resolution with internal teams and customers
• Track invoices from submission through payment, ensuring timely follow-up
• Maintain and update billing trackers and reporting tools
• Reconcile invoice data and ensure accuracy across systems
• Support collections efforts by resolving portal-related billing issues

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of high-volume portal billing or accounts receivable experience
• Hands-on experience with customer billing portals (for example: Coupa, Ariba, or similar systems)
• Strong Excel skills with ability to manage and analyze data
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and follow-up skills

Role Type: contract and onsite

Compensation: $28-30/hr based on experience
