Schedule: Must have flexibility to support and manage both shifts and weekends as needed. Regular onsite hours will primarily be during 1st shift.Salary: $100,000-$120,000 a yearRoyal Fresh Cuts is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team and manage the day-to-day maintenance operations of our fast-paced food manufacturing facilities.Our main priority is finding a strong leader and people manager who can train, coach, develop, and hold a maintenance team accountable. We will provide training on our specific machinery; however, candidates must have solid industrial maintenance experience and be able to troubleshoot equipment and guide the team through repairs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage daily maintenance operations.Supervise, train, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and leads.Establish expectations and hold employees accountable for safety, quality, and performance.Assign and prioritize maintenance work based on production needs.Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated equipment.Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.Manage preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability.Coordinate vendors, contractors, parts, tools, and maintenance inventory.Partner with Production, FSQA, Warehouse, and Operations.Ensure compliance with OSHA, LOTO, GMP, SQF, HACCP, and food safety requirements.QualificationsProven experience leading and developing a maintenance team.Strong people-management, coaching, and communication skills.Strong industrial equipment troubleshooting experience.Knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.Manufacturing maintenance experience required; food manufacturing experience preferred.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.We are looking for someone who can lead people-not just fix machines.
