Location Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living, Peabody, Massachusetts. All clients are based at 1 location in Peabody MA – no driving. Position Details We are flexible for either 24 or 32 hours per week. This full‑time RN in Home Care position includes a weekend rotation (approximately every 5–6 weekends). Duties include a full work day on Saturday and Sunday, with an option to take a day off during corresponding weekdays, and on‑call responsibility from 8:30 am Saturday to 8:30 am Monday. Weekend differential is $3/hr and on‑call stipend is $159. The RN in Home Care provides nursing care according to established policies and procedures for a home‑care agency. The RN develops and supervises the implementation of a resident’s individualized service plan, observes the resident’s condition, and communicates to the physician and family/responsible party as needed. The RN oversees care delivered by the Home Support team of LPNs, aides, and home‑care workers and companions. What We Offer A culture of diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging. How You Will Make An Impact Partner with residents, families, physicians, and authorized practitioners to assess needs, develop and implement service plans. Communicate any changes in the resident’s condition. Ensure the resident’s individualized plan is implemented and followed by the Home Support agency team. Deliver nursing care as outlined in the plan of care and according to acceptable nursing standards. Participate in care conferences and other resident‑related meetings. Orient and train agency nurses and aide staff development activities. What You Will Need Minimum of 6 months’ experience as an RN. Experience caring for seniors and/or seniors with cognitive impairment preferred. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet & web applications. Experience with an electronic medical record preferred. Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
