• Pay – Up to $45 per completed evaluation / $30 per completed follow up visit

Schedule Options:

• Part Time (1-29 hours)
• Full Time (30-40 hours)
• Weekdays, weekends, and evenings available

Qualifications:

• Active / pending Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee (or eligible)
• Graduate (or upcoming graduate) of an accredited Physical Therapy program; DPT, MPT, or equivalent
