Outpatient Physical Therapist Position - Antioch, TN

This is a 13‑week contract position.

Schedule
8‑hour day shift with guaranteed 36 hours per week, and the expectation of up to 40 hours.

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in Antioch, TN. The role focuses on outpatient orthopedic care, and the therapist will be responsible for evaluating, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy interventions to patients.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patient conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.

Ensure effective therapy interventions to enhance patient recovery.

Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients per day.

Manage follow‑up visits with potential for double‑booking.

Work collaboratively with the clinical team to provide superior patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Outpatient experience preferred.

Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee required.
