Senior Accountant

A growing, multi-entity organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its accounting team. Responsibilities Support full-cycle general ledger accounting activities across multiple entities Execute and assist with complex month-end and year-end close processes Prepare, review, and maintain journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules Assist with consolidation activities and intercompany transactions, as applicable Support external audit requests, including preparation of audit schedules and documentation Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and improve process efficiencies Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and reporting requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required 4+ years of progressive general ledger accounting experience Strong experience with complex month-end close processes Prior exposure to external audit support required Experience working in a multi-entity or multi-company environment preferred CPA preferred, but not required Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting systems Ideal Candidate Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Strong communicator who works well cross-functionally Proactive, adaptable, and eager to grow within a fast-paced organization CPA Credentialed or CPA Eligible who plans to pursue the certification #J-18808-Ljbffr Artemis
