Your role involves: Client Connection: Greeting pet parents with empathy, managing check-ins/check-outs, and being the friendly, professional voice on the phone. The "Air Traffic Controller": Managing a complex schedule, triaging phone calls, and ensuring the doctors and technicians stay on track. Advocacy: Answering client questions about preventative care and hospital policies with confidence and clarity. Financial Accuracy: Processing payments, managing patient records, and helping clients navigate pet insurance. The "All-In" Mentality: Jumping in wherever the day takes you—from helping a client to their car with a heavy bag of food to supporting the clinical team when an extra set of hands is needed. (Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs). Who You Are Experienced in Service: You have a background in customer service, hospitality, or medical reception. Experience in the veterinary field is a huge plus, but we are happy to train the right person! A Communication Pro: You can handle a multi-line phone system while greeting a puppy and calming a worried pet parent—all with a smile. Tech-Savvy & Organized: You have a sharp eye for detail and are comfortable learning new software systems.
